Rates and Policies

  • Any cancellation of an appointment made within 24 hours of the appointment time should be accompanied with a Doctor’s note or be a result of a true emergency such as hospitalization.

  • If you contact us at jon@elevate-educate.net or whatsapp before 24 hours, we will try to reschedule for a mutually convenient time. Otherwise, we will recredit to your invoice.

  • No show/no call: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.

  • If a client misses 25% or more of his/her scheduled appointments, the client may lose their appointment time.

  • If the no shows or cancellations continue, the client will be removed from the schedule.

  • Please note for groups the following rules also apply: If your child is unwell, with a doctor’s note you will be able to use the credit for another class in the future. If you purchase a package and change your mind 7 days from the group start date and time, you are eligible for a 80% refund. Shorter than 7 days, then a refund will not be provided.

  • We are open during Red and Amber Rain

  • In event of Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above:

    • Sessions cancelled while signal is hoisted.

    • Elevate will be closed while Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted.

    • Morning sessions (start time 9am or later) to proceed if signal lowered before 6am. Please contact us to reschedule or cancel if necessary.

    • Afternoon sessions (start time 2pm or later) to proceed if signal lowered before 11am. Please contact us to reschedule or cancel if necessary.

FEES

  • 1500 for Academic and EF Coaching. If therapy is needed (CBT, ABA, etc), this is 1700. These are run by licensed, highly qualified professionals and are priced below market rate. If after 6:45 PM we can provide a discount. All run by professionals with Master’s Degrees and years of school experience.

  • 1200 per class for 1.5-hour group lessons (6 lessons minimum). 850 for one-hour group classes.

  • 2500 Angel Rate: Two sessions, one for you and one for someone else in need

  • All classes are located in our office; if there is a need to come to your house, travel time will be charged.

  • We do not take insurance policies.

  • We can help with the paperwork, but coverage and reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Discounts

  • Pay with cash on day of appointment or in advance and receive a $100 discount per session.

  • Please be on the look-out for early bird offers.

  • Discount for online classes.

  • Discount for classes during weekdays before 2 PM or after 6:45 PM.
